Organized Living helps small businesses improve office and staff productivity and efficiency. We will help you develop systems to organize files and paperwork. We can create and improve record keeping systems so you can make the best use of important information.  We have experience in organizing for medical offices.

Many businesses lose valuable time and money because of a lack of organization and inefficient systems for keeping track of paper and information. Organized Living can help assess your current office functioning and our approach ensures results that fit the culture of your office.

All of our services include a Hands-On Approach where we not only direct and instruct, but we roll up our sleeves and dive into the project to achieve the goals as timely as possible. Having a professional organizer work along with you will help you:

Needs Assessment: 

Our first visit will entail what we call a “Needs Assessment”.  This is when we will meet at your place of business for about ½ to 1 hour to discuss challenges, review areas and define your goals.  We will plan the date for the organizing session(s) which we require a 3 hour minimum per day.  A typical session can last between 4 and 6 hours.  The hourly rate begins at $40 per hour, plus the cost of any containers provided by the professional organizer.  A Needs Assessment fee is $20 but is credited to the total cost of the job if the client later decides to book a session.
